Unfortunately, our downloadable products are easily copied using widely available programs. Due to this fact, downloadable software purchases are non-refundable. This is standard policy for most downloadable software manufacturers.
In some cases (reviewed on a case-by-case basis), we will issue store credit for purchases that the customer wishes to return.
