Invoice type may be changed "on the fly" to accommodate
products, services or hourly billing. All column headings change based on the
invoice type selected.

populates all future invoices. Useful checkboxes allow you to easily include or
exclude specific information on your invoices.

The Invoice Creator for Excel is flexible and easy to use.
Once you have entered your company information, clients, products and services,
invoices can be generated in a flash. Most of the invoice fields are populated by
selecting clients and products from their respective drop-down lists. Client billing
and address information automatically fills the proper invoice fields when a client
is selected. Likewise, product names, descriptions and prices are pre-filled when
a product is selected from the dropdown list. Up to ten unique line items may be
included on each invoice. Simple checkboxes are used to instruct the invoice to
populate additional lines with additional line items.

Easily Advance Invoice Numbers
Invoice numbers can be easily advanced with the click of
a button. You can enter invoice numbers manually or simply push the clearly labeled
button to advance the number. A handy indicator located under the button tells you
the current invoice number. If you make a mistake, simply enter the number manually
and the button will advance future invoices beginning with the number you entered.

Easily Print and Save Copies of Invoices
Printing invoices is easy with the Invoice Creator for Excel.
Simply click a button to print to your default printer. Saving a copy of invoices
is also a breeze. With the click of a button, an invoice copy is saved in the workbook
and automatically named with the invoice date and the name of the company billed.
