The Checkbook Register for Excel is a simple, easy-to-use spreadsheet for

The spreadsheet is pre-formatted with checkboxes to mark checks as cleared and
voided. When a check is cleared, the cells turn green. When it is voided, the
value is zeroed out and the description is crossed out.
The Checkbook Register for Excel is extremely flexible and easy-to-use. It is
pre-configured to track up to 5000 checks.
Date fields may be easily re-formatted into US or Europe/Australia formats using
a built-in drop-down list. Similarly, currencies may be re-formatted into
Dollars, GBP or Euros using a built-in drop-down list.

The Checkbook Register for Excel requires Excel 2003 or 2007 to run.
It is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP.
You may also use the software on a Mac if you are running Windows XP or Vista
and Excel 2003 or 2007 on Parallels or VMWare Fusion. It will not work with
Excel for Mac.
