The Checkbook Register for Excel is a simple, easy-to-use spreadsheet for
recording your pending, cleared and cancelled checks.
The spreadsheet is pre-formatted with a color-coded status field for each check.
The status field is green for cleared checks, yellow for pending (not yet
cashed) checks and black for voided and cancelled checks. Checks in each
category are easily identified by the corresponding status field color.
The Checkbook Register for Excel is extremely flexible and easy-to-use. It is
pre-configured to track up to 500 checks, but anyone with a basic knowledge of
Excel can expand the spreadsheet to track more than 65,000 transactions. Errors
are reduced by special formatting rules that recognize incorrect entries (such
as negative numbers) and turn the font color red.
Date and number fields may be re-formatted by the user (using Excel's built-in formatting capabilities) to accommodate non-US conventions.

Our software runs on any version of Microsoft Excel from 97-2007.
All recent Microsoft operating systems are supported, including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows CE, Windows XP and Vista. Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0 are also supported, provided you have Microsoft Excel or Documents-To-Go installed on your mobile device.
It is also fully-compatible with MAC OS and OS X. You must be running Excel 2004 or 2008 for Mac.
