Once the client and product or service information is stored in the invoice template, creating invoices in Excel as easy as selecting the appropriate information in specially-designed drop-down boxes and specifying the quantity delivered.

  • Store Thousands of Clients For Future Invoices - Store up to 65,000 clients in a "Client List" to be used for future invoices. Client information only needs to be entered once and becomes immediately available in the client dropdown list for future invoices.
  • No Learning Curve - If you know how to use Microsoft Excel, you already know how to use our software.
  • Easily Print and Save Copies of Invoices - Printing invoices is easy with the Invoice Creator for Excel. Simply click a button to print to your default printer. Saving copies of invoices is also a breeze. With the click of a button, a copy is saved in the workbook and automatically named with the invoice date and the name of the company billed.
  • Keep Your Company Information Updated - Store your key company information on a separate sheet that populates all future invoices. Useful checkboxes allow you to easily include or exclude specific information.
  • Create Sequentially Numbered Excel Invoices -  Create a sequentially numbered Excel invoice with the click of a button. You can enter invoice numbers manually or simply push the clearly labeled button to advance the number. A handy indicator located under the button tells you the current invoice number. If you make a mistake, simply enter the number manually and the button will advance future invoices beginning with the number you entered.

The Invoice Creator for Excel requires Excel 2003, 2007 or 2010 to run.

It is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP.

You may also use the software on a Mac if you are running Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP and Excel 2003, 2007 or 2010 on Parallels or VMWare Fusion.

This version will not work with Excel for Mac. We will have a Mac version ready in July 2011.

If you need to install the product on more than one computer, you must purchase additional licenses. To do so, simply increase the quantity in the shopping cart to the number of computers you need to install the software on.
