The process is simple and takes just a few minutes:

Choose how many tasks to display. (You may choose 25, 50,
75 or 100 from a specially-designed drop-down list.)

Enter the task start and end dates.
That's it! Your Gantt chart is generated automatically.
The image above shows the input area for a project with
25 tasks and team members. If you choose to show 100 tasks, for example, the
input area automatically expands to allow you to enter information in all 100
task fields. Switching the number of tasks to display is as easy as choosing a
different value using the specially-designed drop-down list.
System Requirements
The software requires Microsoft Excel 2003 or 2007 to run.
PC users must be running Windows XP or Vista.
Mac users (Intel-based) must be running Windows XP or
Vista on a dual boot platform such as Boot Camp or a virtualization platform
such as VMWare Fusion or Parallels.
